About this house rental
The space offered for rental is a former independent silkworm farm in a farmhouse. It dates from 1837. The total surface is 90m2. On the ground floor, a 62m2 room, with the kitchen integrated under its cathedral ceiling, fully equipped, its old bar counter of the cooler type, its dining area, and more intimate the living room part, with its sofa and its big screen TV. . In early season, for the cooler days, you will be greeted by a good fire in the wood stove. Upstairs, you will have a large bedroom, with its dressing room, its bathroom with large walk-in shower, and its independent toilet. From the bed, you can choose to admire the stars through the large roof window, or watch a film on the bedroom TV. Our hamlet, Champrenard, is located in the commune of Labeaume, at the confluence of several valleys (L'Ardèche, La Beaume, Le Cahssézac and La Ligne) and therefore allows you, while being calm, to quickly access all area interests. The Plateau des Gras, on which we find ourselves, is also a remarkable area, in terms of geology, ecology, architecture and archeology. Several dozen dolmens are listed there, as well as potholes, and a particular flora and fauna occupy this territory. Finally, our Mas is the archetype of the silkworms (silkworm farming) which made the richness of our town from the 17th to the 19th century, with its interior courtyards and couradou.

We just spent 10 days at this very nice place and comfortable place. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and showed us around there place/farm and little production facility of there very nice organic products. The apartment is very well equipped, the bed is cozy and the outside sitting area a real gem. We can highly recommend Yves place.

Gite idéalement situé (5 mn de Ruoms). De très bonnes prestations (propreté, équipement) , un cadre extérieur bucolique et reposant. Les propriétaires Yves et Pascal sont adorables et attentifs. Nous recommandons cet hébergement à tous ceux qui veulent (re)découvrir l'Ardèche.
