About this chalet rental
Chalet Clarine is a large luxury family chalet with easy access to Grand Massif skiing/walking area near Morillon and Samoens.
The chalet has one twin & three double bedrooms. It has two bathrooms (one en-suite), one wet room, an additional toilet and all the facilities a modern chalet requires. High quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided. There are two hairdryers for guests to use. All heating is included too.
We love the open plan living area downstairs which has a really cosy feel in winter, thanks to the underfloor heating. The kitchen is fitted out to the highest standard with dual fuel cooker, stainless steel work surfaces, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hand blender. For entertainment there is satellite television (French & UK), music system, DVD, Apple TV, Xbox 360 & games, Wi-Fi and a huge range of family board games.
Other facilities include drying room with washing machine & tumble dryer. There is a large south facing garden with a large decked area so you get the sun throughout the day (even in winter), with stunning views of Le Criou. Garden furniture is provided. Guests may also use our table tennis table, dartboard, indoor and outdoor basketball hoops.
Being on the flat of the valley means that getting about is easy, especially when there is lots of snow. Our drive is cleared of snow regularly during the winter. The skibus stops at the end of the drive but the free car park at Morillon is only a few minutes drive away. There is ample parking for several cars in the drive. Three bikes are available to use for when it's not snowy.

The chalet was easily accessible, well located, spotless and more than big enough for two families with teenage children.The facilities were excellent and the guest instructions comprehensive. On the single occasion we needed to contact our hosts, they were very helpful and responsive. All in all, we exceptionally pleased with our stay and would definitely book again!

Gemütliches Chalet mit ausreichend Platz für acht Personen. Von der Spielesammlung bis zum Fondueset ist alles da, was man braucht. Große, super ausgestattete Küche. Ausreichend (!) Stauraum für Jacken, Schuhe etc. von zwei Familien. Wunderbare Aussicht auf die Berge… es war einfach großartig.

C'est la 3ème année que l'on vient dans ce chalet où nous nous sentons bien à 2 familles, espaces pour chacun, espaces pour partager, cuisiner, etc... Si on doit retourner à MORILLON, c'est encore dans ce chalet que nous reviendrons surement.

We stayed at Chalet Clarine for a family holiday with our now adult children. There were 7 of us in total. The Chalet is spacious and accommodated us all very comfortably. It is warm, and spotlessly clean, and a real help to have linen, towels and the in out cleaning service provided. Bedrooms are a good size and well equipped. The kitchen is large and everything works well, there is every kitchen implement you need if you want to fully self cater, but there are restaurants around if you wish to eat out and Boulangerie Tiffanie in Morillion for compulsory croissants and pain chocolat at breakfast!The beds are super comfy, showers powerful and hot, also to have 2 bath tubs available is just fantastic after a long days skiing. Although we did not use it all the time, having the TV with English Channels was useful along with the various different electronic games. We preferred the family games and played Monopoly for the first time in years!The location is great being around an hours drive from Geneva and its very easy to find. The centre of Morillion and the gondola is around a 1 km away and then its only a 10 minute drive to Samoens.Chalet Clarine provided us with the perfect base for our holiday, we were able to relax altogether in the evenings and spend quality time together which is sometimes lacking in hotels. I can highly recommend this chalet and would at some point in the future return.
