About this villa rental
Large famrhouse for rent with private swimming pool located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria.
The property includes 5 separate units rented together to a group only, a large common room furnished to host all guests together and the apartment where the owners live. They do not use the pool or the outdoor areas – these remain reserved for the exclusive use of guests only.
Casale Tiziano lies on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and offers the perfect set-up for those wishing to explore two of the most beautiful Italian regions.
Outside there is a garden, a private swimming pool and a vegetable garden with seasonal produce.
Guests can enjoy a furnished outdoor area with a table and chairs for al-fresco meals; otherwise there is also an inside area with a living room, kitchen and dining area.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
Note: the villa has an outdoor video surveillance system
Available to guests: swimming pool reserved for the excluisve use of guests (12 x 6 m), outside furnished area for dining alfresco. The house has insect screens on all of the windows, washing machine (11 kg) located in communal room (€ 6 per wash) and free Wi-Fi internet connection. There are 2 children’s cots available. Parking upon the property.

Ground floor: bedroom with double bed and single bed with dining area (TV), kitchenette (oven, freezer), bathroom with shower. The bathroom in this apartment is wheel-chair adapted.
Appartamento Pesco
Ground floor: bedroom with double bed and dining area (TV), kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer), bathroom with shower.
Appartamento Ciliegio
First floor: living room (TV) with kitchenette with sofa bed (double size) and kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer), private terrace furnished with table and chairs. Second floor (open over area below) : double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
Appartamento Melograno
First floor: living area (TV) with dining area with sofa bed and kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer), bedroom with double and single bed, bathroom with shower.
Appartamento Melo
First floor: double bedroom with dining area (TV), kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer), bathroom with shower.

We had an amazing family time at Casale Tiziano. The house was spotless clean and the apartments are very cozy. To say more Rosario and Tiziano are the nicest hosts! Rosario recommended us two restaurants in nearby area, and helped to make a reservation for our group - this was the best food we ate during our time in Italy. We spent few evenings together and had a great time discussing. We felt like we were visiting a friend. The memories of this vacation will stay with us for a long time. Ci vediamo Rosario!

Very nice vacation spent with the family.
The casale has everything one needs ... spacious apartments, mosquito netting to keep these critters out, cozy patio where we spent most of our time together, peace and privacy, and especially the beautiful pool that more than served its purpose during the hot days. Well located to visit the beautiful villages in the area. The owner lives in an adjacent house and is always available to give the necessary tips.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casale Tiziano ad Agosto 2021. Eravamo 4 famiglie totale 15 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il proprietario persona simpatica e disponibile. La struttura e gli appartamenti super puliti, le lenzuola dei letti perfettamente puliti te stirati. Lato positivo è stata la cucina e la sala comune che ci ha ospitato comodamente tutti. Mi sento di raccomandare il posto. Vorrei consigliare di installare l’aria condizionata nella sala comune, avendo incontrato un agosto particolarmente caldo durante e dopo il pranzo sarebbe stato ottimo.Consiglio anche la società Posarelli.
