Pithari Villa includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, combining functionality with elegance and tradition. One bathroom is a shared facility, while the other is an en-suite, offering added convenience and comfort.
Upon entering, you'll find an expansive, modern kitchen on the ground floor, fully equipped for all your culinary needs. This level also includes one bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed upon request. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a shower, conveniently located nearby. A door from this area leads directly to the swimming pool and the inviting garden.
A staircase next to the kitchen ascends to the first floor, where you'll discover the living room and the second bedroom. This bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and can accommodate up to four guests. Adding to its charm is a loft accessible via a wooden ladder, creating a romantic, nostalgic ambiance.
In the living room, which offers delightful views, there is a sofa that can be made as a bed, measuring 1.30 meters wide, suitable for an additional guest.

We've just arrived back from 2 relaxing weeks at Villa Pithari and it was everything we'd hoped it would be. The warmth and friendliness of the Cretans is legendary and our hosts, Maria and Vasily underlined that with their lovely welcome, we were greeted like old friends, nothing was too much trouble. The Villa is fabulous with all the amenities you could ever need. We were very happy to spend most of our time in the beautifully laid out garden, in the shade of a parasol or the veranda or even gently swaying in the hammock beneth the trees, with the occasional dip in the lovely pool to cool off. When we did go out to eat or get supplies, the village is a 15 minute stroll away. The village has two mini markets, two restaurants, a bar and a pharmacy. I'm already looking forward to our return next year.

Nous avons passé 15 jours à la Villa Pithari: accueil chaleureux par Vasilis et Maria, la villa est grande, au calme, confortable, pratique, agréable, un jardin cosy où nous avons pu profiter d’une vue splendide à chaque repas et de la piscine avec les enfants.
Un grand merci à Vasilis et Maria pour ce superbe séjour.

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne und entspannte Tage in der Villa Pithari verbracht. Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Hang eines kleinen Ortes mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und lädt einfach nur zum entspannen ein. Man genießt zudem Privatsphäre da es uneinsehbar liegt. Das Haus selbst bietet alle notwendigen Dinge und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber Maria und Vasilis waren total herzlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! :-)
Wir haben die Zeit einfach nur genossen und kommen sehr gern wieder.

We have just spent 10 days in this villa,we planed to do so much but ended up doing nothing but sitting by the pool and having a very lazy time.It was so peacefull we were just happy to do nothing.The villa is so clean and tidy as was the pool,everything you would need was provided for and Maria and Vasilis could not have been any more helpfull,even having a 2hour delay on our flight they still meet us at the villa at midnight.The views from the roof top balcony were lovely especially watching the sun set over Chania.Thank you again Maria and Vasilis
