About this villa rental
Villa Chiara is located in a panoramic position on the hills of Solarolo, a hamlet of Manerba del Garda.
The villa consists of two adjacent units, each with its own exclusive 1,700 square metre garden on three sides of the villa, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.
It is the perfect solution for a holiday with your dogs, thanks to the large, fully enclosed garden and the raised swimming pool, which prevents them from accidentally entering it. Your dogs are welcome at no extra charge; please inform us of their presence when booking.
The large covered porch, equipped with a dining table and sofas, allows you to enjoy the view of the lake in complete tranquillity while you have lunch or relax.
In the large garden, there is a round swimming pool for your exclusive use (5.70 metres in diameter, water depth 120 cm) to cool off and let your children play, deckchairs for sunbathing and a barbecue for your outdoor meals.
The spacious living room has a large sofa that can easily be converted into a double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and worktop, and an indoor dining table. Two steps lead to a large hallway, which leads to the two bedrooms, both with double beds, and two bathrooms, each with a shower. there is also an additional room, which must be passed through to access one of the two bedrooms, which is used as a wardrobe.
The furnishings are simple and functional, and the apartment has all the comforts, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with international satellite channels and Netflix (films on demand), and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Porto Torchio beach is about a 15-minute walk away (1.3 km) and includes a stretch of beach where dogs are allowed. The town centre is about a 10-minute walk away (800 metres). We strongly recommend that you have your own transport, which will allow you to easily reach all the attractions in the area. The villa has private outdoor parking for at least four cars.
The rental price includes:
• Hot and cold water;
• Electricity;
• Cooking gas;
• Unlimited Wi-Fi internet;
• Netflix (films on demand);
• Air conditioning in the bedrooms;
• Private garden and private swimming pool for your exclusive use with maintenance during your stay;
• Bed linen and towels, changed weekly;
• Final cleaning.
The following costs are not included and must be paid on arrival:
• Municipal tourist tax of €1.60 per day per person over 14 years of age.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed directly at the villa by our staff, who will explain the main features of the villa and will be available during your stay for any information or problems.

Our family with 2 children aged 8 & 11 had a lovely week. The house has everything needed and the host made an effort to make sure we were welcomed and went through the property in detail.
There is plenty of space and the children enjoyed the pool with outdoor shower. Good base if you have a hire car.

The house has everything although it needs an update inside. The garden is awesome, great for smaller kids too and also for dogs. The Property Manager was very helpfull.
