About this house rental
Plot of 1. 500 m2 with 2 houses, one where we live with our pets Petra Kuka and two small dogs that make us company and the other house is offered to our guests .It consists of garden, pool and parking shared private las2 houses, surrounded by greenery and noiseless. Overlooking the sea and the mountains, 5 min. walk from the beach and shopping area and 15 from the center of the city of Fuengirola, where you have all the amenities of a big city In 10 Kms. has three golf courses. We are 25 kms from Málaga and 25 of Marbella, well connected by train or bus every 20 minutes

They can enjoy the common areas of the plot that share the 2 houses and terraces, saltwater pool and sun loungers, as well as the entire garden. They will have a weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels. A washing machine, dryer and iron. It has WIFI Zone

Obviously I am available to guests to inform them and help them in what can, and offer them for free if they wish and time permits, a fishing trip or ride our private boat around the bay of Fuengirola

It is a complex of separate houses on the hillside of Mijas, with beautiful ocean views and mountain

Due to our mild climate, we recommend summer clothes and shoes.
Sportswear, it has large areas of hikes in the mountains, full of flora and fauna. It is a privileged position in all respects, but would emphasize its suitability for golf lovers, since its location in the geographical center of the Costa del Sol, is surrounded within walking distance and very well connected to the main fields Golf.

Charming house with a big garden and amazing pool. Very peaceful and quiet. The house owners are very welcoming and kind. Our dog could wander around the garden which was nice. Airco inside the house is a welcome asset.

The good part - We had a lovely 10 days very peaceful. The pool is brilliant, we spent a lot of time in it. We went out in a taxi every night to Fuengirola to the restaurants and bars. Which are excellent. Also the taxi service is brilliant, we used them to visit other locations. Bad part for us, we have walking disabilities.There's a need for hand rails and the road outside is very steep. There is a picture of a light coloured settee. The settee that is there is an old red thing that is very uncomfortable. Not much else to sit comfortably on. By the pool a glass had smashed (not us) but not cleaned away. The loungers were dirty. In need of a refurb. It's a shame, with a bit more care it could be an excellent choice.

The house is very nice. It was clean although some of the interieur was old or broken. But this didn't bother us that much. Our dogs enjoyed the beautiful garden and the nearby hills. To us the dog beach was close enough and we could also go to the Fuengirola promenande by foot where a lot of nice restaurants are located. When we needed to use the car the nearby highway was easy to access. But it is not too close, we never heard the noise.The only things that bothered us a little bit were that there is no boundary/fence to the owners' house. We couldn't prevent our dogs from entering their space which made us a little bit uncomfortable. And the water takes minutes to get warm which is bad when you think about all the droughts and water waste.The owners are very nice and helpful. They do not speak English but with a Translator app this was no problem at all.A nice highlight of the location are the wild pigs that live nearby. They were not aggressive, and fun to watch. We kept a good distance with our small dogs or lifted them up. Idk if it would have been different with big or reactive dogs.

Wonderful 2 week stay. Property is immaculate and has everything you need. Pool area and grounds are absolutely beautiful. In a peaceful area but only 10 minutes to beach and 15 minutes to a great shopping mall. Maria Jesus and Jeronimo were great hosts. We will return.
