Miło fajnie przyjemnie, duży taras z ładnym widokiem idealny na wieczorne posiedzenia. Jedynie brakuje sklepu bezpośrednio przy kwaterze. Za to przed domem jest przystanek autobusowy z dość często kursującymi autobusami kursującymi między Tkonem a Preko. Plaża piaszczysta bardzo łagodnie pogłębia się z możliwością schronienia się w cieniu - przy plaży mały punkt gastronomiczny (kawa, piwo, wino, napoje). Nic więcej nie trzeba.

Velik in lep apartma z več kot ustrezno opremo. Lastnik prijazen. Plaža odlična in primerna za otroke z veliko sence. :D
