On the Maenporth Estate, a unique development of holiday homes in 29 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland on the South Cornwall coast, is Pine Cottage. Contemporary and stylish, this lovely holiday home is close to the leisure centre, tennis courts and children's play area. To the rear, your own private patio looks over the adjoining communal lawned gardens, Monterey pines and open countryside beyond. Inside, the spacious open plan lounge/diner has comfortable sofas and glazed doors to the outside seating area. Also on the ground floor is a smart well equipped fitted kitchen. Upstairs are the family bathroom and two bedrooms - a bright and airy master and a family room with three single beds. The estate facilities are excellent and for the exclusive use of residents. The leisure centre houses a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and a lofty games hall with a pool table and table tennis. Outside, are a sun terrace and communal BBQ area, two all-weather tennis courts and an enclosed children's play area. Maenporth Beach, a pretty, secluded cove with a sandy beach is a short walk down the hill. Note: Swimming pool closed for repair from 1st November 2022- March 18th 2023

Town: Falmouth, with its harbour, winding streets and beaches, boasts pubs, shops, an art gallery and National Maritime Museum. Pendennis Castle is a popular attraction, on its own peninsula with sea views. Across the harbour is the town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, beaches and the countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. There is also Swanpool Nature Reserve; a lagoon and SSSI, with a variety of wildlife. Falmouth offers landscape and attractions for everybody, sure to tempt you back time and again.
