About this villa rental
Beautiful house (130 m2) on one level. The house is located in a wooded area (3300 m 2 unfenced). In the garden, a private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m with a beach immersed in the rounded. You can sit in the sun or in the shade of the oaks. A heat pump cools the floor and maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the house.
The villa includes:
Large living room, dining room with an American kitchen.
Bedroom 1 with a bed (140) with its Italian shower and its sink.
Bedroom 2 with a bed (140).
Bedroom 3 with a bed (140).
Bathroom with bath, 2 sinks.
A separate toilet.
The television (127 cm) is in a small separate living room
A cellar with washing machine and dryer
Outside, you have at your disposal a garden furniture, a hammock, a large table to eat in the shade or in the sun

We had a great stay with our familiy in a well equiped holiday home. It was very spacious and everything was very nearby. From the supermarket till the bakery. It’s a perfect stay for people who enjoying holiday time surrounded in a beautiful and quit area. We especcialy enjoyed the swimming pool and the bbq.

La maison est conforme au descriptif malgré quelques réglages et finitions à apporter.
La protection de la piscine est très difficile à remuer ,même à deux, donc problèmes de sécurité avec les tous petits pour bâcher la piscine régulièrement.
La région est très jolie, la maison est très calme , fraîche et le terrain bien ombragé mais non clos.
A recommander pour les familles avec de grands enfants.
