1st, the property owners are great people and very accommodating. They provided advice on how to use public transport, drove me around to get groceries and pastries our first morning, and dropped us off at the train station. They live in the basement of the home.
The home is nicer than I expected from the pictures, and we had a great stay here. It fit my family of 6 well. The internet works well also.
We picked this place as a midpoint between CDG Airport, Disneyland, and Paris. A few considerations about the location:
1. It's a bit complex to get do Disneyland using public transportation. It's a 3 step process (2 buses, and a train). We ended up using and Uber after the 1st day which is about 50 euros a trip to disneyland (one way). It's also further than I expected to get into Paris, but there is a bus stop right across the street. It's about an hour to get to Paris on public transportation. There's also a Intermarche within a 5-10min walk. Looking back, I would have rented a car though as the public transport was a bit of a pain.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, loved the owners, and would book again. This gets 5 stars for me, but you will want to consider how to get around the area. I'd suggest renting a car, or using Ubers.

We really enjoyed our 7-day holiday in Paris and its surroundings!
After an intensive day in the city or in Disneyland, this place offers all you need for day off to relax while the kids play in the huge garden. The well equipped kitchen plus nearby supermarket make life easy.
Also some delicious take-away on walking distance.
Railway takes you to Gare de l’Est in 30 minutes.
The apartment works very well for a family of 5. It is basic, not luxury, but actually that is only good when travelling with young children.
And last but not least: very friendly owners!

Dear Mary and Gary, I would like to thank you for being a great host. The property was exactly as it appeared on the website. It was spacious, quiet and the hospitality was excellent. We had a great time! It was easy to drive into Paris and also visit Disney Land. The shops were within walking distance. Thanks for allowing the children to use the garden play area and its facilities. We had a nice family BBQ!
Thanks for all the information on tourist attractions and your excellent advice on where to park in Paris. We had an exception holiday experience.
For anyone with a large family as mine. I would recommend this property.
We will definitely be visiting again and staying at this property.
