Prima chalet met voldoende ruimte en parking. Zeer behulpzame hosting via Beltour met een duidelijke communicatie, zelfs in eigen taal.
De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel van de toeristische dienst en het lokale winkeltje. De prijzen en voorwaarden ikv het gebruik van de lift staan niet correct op de website. Na lange discussie hierover met de uitbater van de lift kwam het antwoord dat de prijzen op de website niet bindend zijn en dat je de correcte prijzen enkel krijgt aan de kassa van de lift. Als buitenlander voel je jezelf niet meer welkom, deze locatie wordt vooral gebruikt door de Zwitsers zelf die daar hun vakantie komen doorbrengen. Het verschil is duidelijk merkbaar tov een paar jaar geleden.

Nicolas provided great check in info and was helpful throughout with fast response via Booking.com message. Late check in was easy with the letterbox system and the house was spacious and in a perfect location for Belalp trails plus great value for money
a sponge, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, could be provided for the kitchen but a minor issue with the shop so close; overall very satisfied

Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The included cable car and chairlift tickets were great. The house overall was very luxurious while still having the traditional Swiss feeling. On site easy acces parking is a real bonus.
The pillows were too soft. Cleaning fee was steep, especially in combination with having to sweep up the apartment ourselves.
