About this house rental
Our spacious cabin, has been recently renovated. It is nestled within the pines, steps to the Heavenly ski tram, and is ideal for year round vacations at Tahoe. This home has vaulted ceilings over the living areas, a private outdoor hot tub, lots of decking with propane BBQ, billiards and darts in the loft area, and a modern fully furnished kitchen.
There is a 1car attached garage with ski/snowboard racks, and 3 private parking spaces in front of the house for ample parking.
Imagine yourself walking just 100 yards home after a long day at the slopes and sliding into your private hot tub to rest those tired muscles. You have the option of coming home for a lunch break. We do. What better way to escape the lines. After re-energizing, it is either a game of pool, darts, sitting by a crackling fire, or it is off to the casinos which are only a short 1 1/2 miles away.
For all those techies we have the Ultra Fast Cable internet connection with a wireless base. Linens provided
We have just completed a new remodel 12/2010 and not all the pictures of the new place are up .
1-2 minute walk to the Heavenly California Base Lodge Gunbarrel run and chair lifts and ski tram (enclosed ski lift to top of mountain).

Property was as advertised - truly closer to the lifts than many of the spaces in the Heavenly parking lot. Super cozy and well outfitted. Easy communication.

This location was the ideal spot for our family, and we look forward to staying here again. There were 11 of us total, and it fit us all perfectly. The cabin has a big 2-story layout so the kids never felt confined, the rooms are large and cozy, and the house is equipped with almost everything you might need. It was very clean, decorated beautifully, and obviously built with quality in mind.
We never even took our kids anywhere else because they had a blast just playing in the front of the house (especially since we just missed a blizzard so there was plenty of fresh snow). While we were hanging out outside, the neighbors were all super friendly which made for a nice warm welcome.
The location doesn't really get much better. The ski resort and lifts are walking distance away, pretty much across the street, and it took us maybe 5 minutes (in ski boots) to get there. If you plan to ski more than one day, this convenience makes everything worth it.
Check in and check out was a seamless process, and the owners were extremely helpful and only a phone call/ text message away. There were a few times I had questions on how to use appliances, and they were quick to reply. Overall, we are extremely happy with our choice to stay here and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We stay at a lot of Airbnb’s. The owners make sure this place was a nice retreat and escape from normal life. Lake Tahoe is one of the prettiest places you can find, and the views are spectacular. Loved the hot tub and pool table. I would stay here again.
