About this chalet rental
Chalet Rivendell is situated at 2000 metres in Lauchernalp a small village high above the Lotschental Valley enjoying panoramic views of the famous Bietschorn Mountain and glacier. Chalet Rivendell is located within walking distance of the main ski lift,ski school / hire, internet cafe, shops, restaurants and bar. The Chalet is ideally situated for ski in - out in the Winter and makes a great starting point to enjoy many of the lovely walks all year around. The resort of Launchernalp has one of the most reliable snow covers of the region and is ideal for all levels of skiers and snowboarders with 33 Kilometres of trails from 3111 metres down to the chalet at 2000 meters and on down to 1375 metres in Wiler.
Chalet Rivendell has been inspected by the Swiss Tourist Office and awarded a 4* star rating from 2008 - 2019 is luxuriously appointed to a high standard and fitted with all modern appliances to make your holiday special.
