About this apartment rental
The Haus am See is an idyllic holiday home (new building 2018) between Allgäu and Lake Constance in Unterlangensee, Neukirch near Tettnang.
In Haus am See you will find four modern apartments with an attractive design and a feel-good atmosphere.
Our four apartments take up elements that can be found in the immediate vicinity of the house by the lake and reflect them in a loving decor: the lake on the doorstep, the view of the Alps and the rural idyll, with active farming in the neighborhood ,
Families with children are particularly welcome in our house on the lake. As an attraction for our younger guests, we cordially invite you to use our "play barn" - an indoor playground that makes children's hearts beat faster.
Most of the outdoor area has also been completed - the lawn with trampoline and soccer goals as well as the terraces have been laid out. The parking lots will also be paved by Easter 2019. Additional play equipment and a fixed barbecue area will be available until the Pentecost holidays 2019 (a mobile grill is already available).
The Baurn-Suite apartment is the largest of our four apartments and impresses with its sophisticated furnishings. It picks up on the flair of country life - active farming is still practiced around the house on the lake and is characterized by warm wood mixed with rustic elements. The highlight is the Swedish stove in the "Bauernstube" (living room), which invites you to cozy cozy evenings. The apartment is also barrier-free.

What a wonderful place..the owners are so nice and the house was so clean and beautiful..we loved all the cows in the backyard..we can wait to come back for a longer visit..one of the best places I have stayed. Da das Ferienhaus etwas abgelegen ist, ist es auch sehr ruhig, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Jedoch erreicht man schnell die umliegenden Ausflugsziele. Auf dem Hof gibt es Tiere, die man auch füttern darf (Hasen und Ziegen), was für unsere Kinder jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight war. Genauso wie die Spielegarage und der mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten (für Große und Kleine) ausgestattete große Garten.
Rundum eine tolle Ferienwohnung für Erwachsene und Kinder.

Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für Familien mit Kindern perfekt, alle Betten komfortabel und der Kaminofen lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Bei Sonnenaufgang einen Kaffee auf der großen Terrasse bei wunderbarem Weitblick über die Weide und den See bis zu den Alpen genießen, das ist Urlaub!
