About this apartment rental
The Haus am See is an idyllic holiday home (new building 2018) between Allgäu and Lake Constance in Unterlangensee, Neukirch near Tettnang.
In Haus am See you will find four modern holiday apartments with an attractive design and a feel-good atmosphere.
Our four apartments take up elements that can be found in the immediate vicinity of the house by the lake and reflect them in a loving decor: the lake on the doorstep, the view of the Alps and the rural idyll, with active agriculture in the neighborhood ,
Families with children are particularly welcome in our house on the lake. As an attraction for our younger guests, we cordially invite you to use our "play barn" - an indoor playground that makes children's hearts beat faster.
Most of the outdoor area has also been completed - the lawn with trampoline and soccer goals and the terraces have been laid out. The parking lots will also be paved by Easter 2019. Additional play equipment and a fixed barbecue area will be available until the Pentecost holidays 2019 (a mobile grill is already available).
The Waldzauber apartment is one of the four that lies on the side of the house in the direction of "Wäldle".
The house on the lake is surrounded by several small forests. Our smallest apartment takes up this charm of the forest and brings it directly to you in the apartment with birch elements. The mixture of wood, with white and green invites you to relax and linger and hopefully let you feel the magic of the forest.

- Sleeps up to 4 people: 1 double bed (can also be set up as two single beds), 1 sofa bed
- Towels, tea towels and bed linen included in the price
- Kitchen
- Free parking on the property

Es war sehr schön. Alles ist super auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Man hat wirklich seine Ruhe, da es ein wenig abgelegen ist. Trotzdem ist man in ein paar min im nächsten Ort wo es einen Supermarkt hat. Lindau und Tettnang ist auch nicht weit weg.

Besonders die vielfältigen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder haben viel Freude bereitet. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder!

The flats are newly built and clean. Very well equipt all around. Kitchen especialy. Beds are firm. Surroundings are amazing, farm land (hops, apples and cattle) and a lake. Child friendly garten with sandbox n toys. Place to BBQ and eat outside. Kids playroom for rainy days. Location is great cause you are close to a lot of attractions but very peaceful. Owner is friendly and very helpful.
