About this villa rental
"Villa Mendes" is a new built four bedroom villa with swimming pool. Exceptional seafront location. A 55 m2 swimming pool surrounded with large terraces. Luxurious interiors and highest quality amenities. Local dishes available at nearby restaurant on the beach reached by car or boat. Several other restaurants in the nearby area.
Beautiful beach and natural sea access. Free WiFi access, free on site parking for 4+ cars. Main house with large living room and dinning area. Two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in the main house. Two large apartments in the separate guest house, each with its own entrance. Studio apartment with bunk beds for two persons with separate entrance. Laundry room with washing machine, iron etc.
Main kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, citrus juicer, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and a bunch more gear. Three kitchenettes. King size box-spring beds, Porcelanosa & Marazzi porcelain floor tiles, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, WMF kitchen utensils, six Daikin air condition units, six LED TV sets 42" - 60" wide, sun beds, large outdoor dinning table, 2 outdoor showers. Large outdoor grill on coal or wood.
Villa Mendes was built with the natural surroundings in mind. Carefully utilizing traditional and modern building practices, modern architecture and ecological principles. We feel it’s important to point out that the best our estate has to offer are epic sea views, charming sea life, breezy pine trees, unforgettable sunsets and unbelievably amazing night sky. This magical place is all about you ‘being there’ and and have direct sea access. We feel privileged to be the stewards of this little piece of paradise and require our guests to honor house rules that ensure we are good neighbors to the surrounding nature. We recommend SUV or higher clearance vehicles due to gravel road leading to the property.

Rewelacja i gorąco polecam, to był kolejny nasz pobyt na Hvar - bo wyspa jest piękna i to miejsce w 200% zgodne z opisem byliśmy przez tydzień w 13 osób w zupełności sami nikt nas nie niepokoił w tym cudownym miejscu!! Na pewno wrócimy w to przepiękne miejsce!!!

Wspaniałe miejsce - cisza , morze , wszystkie potrzebne elementy (klimatyzacja , basen , pełne wyposażenie ) do wypoczynku i relaksu . Gospodarze - wyrozumiali , chętni do pomocy , świetni w kontakcie . Wróciłem po pobycie w zeszłym roku i zrobię to ponownie .
