About this apartment rental
This Comfortable studio apartment, on the top floor (8th) receives a lot of natural light and has fantastic views of Signal Hill, the V&A Waterfront/Harbour and the City form the open balcony.
It is perfectly situated, as the apartment is two minutes walk from restaurants, coffee shops, clubs and is literally across the road from the Cape Town Stadium.
This air-conditioned 42 m2 apartment Sleeps up to 2 and it comes with a secure, reserved undercover parking bay.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can either be made up as one big King size bed or at your request the room will be made up with two single beds. Please indicate your preference.
The kitchen is well equipped inclusive of a washing machine, dryer, microwave and much more.
In the lounge area you have a TV with an Apple TV box
The all white bathroom with it's walk in shower and high pressure water supply is a real treat for our guests.
The V&A Waterfront is also in walking distance from the apartment, as is the new and uplifted De Waterkant area, also known as the gay village of Cape Town.
Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are a short distance from the apartment building (Cascades), and can easily be reached by car, Uber or the "My City" bus service.

Great apartment!! Modern, clean and light. Safe and secure. Ten minute walk to the Waterfront and shops and restaurants. Jason’s bakery down the street has the best breakfast! Would recommend this flat highly.

We cannot speak highly enough about the accommodations at Hannes apartment for our 6 week stay in Cape Town. The apartment was clean, equipped with all that you would need in the kitchen & living area...to have a washer/dryer combination in the apartment was wonderful...and the location was perfect with a 10 minute walk to the V&A waterfront...Hannes was excellent to deal with & could be contacted at anytime if required...We would definitely return & would recommend to anyone that may be looking for an apartment rental in Cape Town.
