This inviting pet-friendly villa in Soy, Érezée is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and adventure in the Ardennes. With five bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a recreation room, the home accommodates guests with ease. The open kitchen is fully equipped with two coffee machines, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, while the cozy living/dining room features a fireplace and TV. A basement recreation area includes table tennis, billiards, and a fitness zone with infrared sauna and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The villa's outdoor amenities include a roofed terrace, fenced garden, barbecue, boules court, sand pit, and play equipment, ideal for both relaxation and family fun. Leuk huis met een grote aangename tuin. Er was speelgoed voor de kinderen en ook buiten hebben ze zich goed geamuseerd. Het enige minpuntje was dat er geen verduisterende gordijnen in de slaapkamers hingen, waardoor iedereen vroeg wakker was… Verder was alles dik in orde!
