About this apartment rental
Double room in the outbuilding of the prestigious Villa in Forio (Ischia Island). At guests' disposal swimming pool (14mx7m), set in a large garden (1500 sqm), equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, gym. Double bedroom and bathroom, with comfortable shower (180x80). it is also possible to use its own space in front, under the porch of the apartment, equipped with table and chairs. Air conditioning, TV, WiFi. The outdoor spaces are truly unique, with large areas of lawn, overlooked by the gym, the swimming pool and the relaxation area with sun loungers. A barbeque usable on request and with assistance, to brighten your evenings
Guests have access to all spaces, with the exception of the very narrow outbuildings of the main Villa.
My wife and I will be present for any logistical and support needs.
The property is almost entirely inserted among centuries-old vineyards. Montecorvo also offers the possibility of beautiful walks, which may include lunch or dinner, in the numerous typical Ischia restaurants.
If you advise us in good time about the time and port of your arrival, we will come to pick you up personally, we advise you to arrive at the port of Forio. Our house can also be reached by public transport (bus CD or 1, Campo di Panza stop) and taxi. We are 200 meters from the public transport lines. In case you reach us by car, parking is available in the villa. Upon your arrival you will be given the keys to the apartment and the remote control of the electric gate. On request it is possible to rent scooters or cars (with delivery directly in the parking lot of the villa).

We really enjoyed Augusto and his family’s hospitable hosting—scrumptious pastries in the morning, great advice on where to go, arranging of taxis. The pool is lovely and the room was good, though note that the house is a little far from the main hub of Forio and you will need to bus, taxi or drive to get around. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole: la villa immersa nei vigneti regala agli ospiti, oltre che uno splendido panorama sulla costa, una tranquillità perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di relax. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato era dotata di tutto ciò che potesse servire, soprattutto dell’aria condizionata e di un frigorifero personale. Un altro punto a favore gioca sicuramente la piscina, in grado di offrire ristoro dopo una giornata passata al mare. Oltre alla bellezza della location, nota di merito va ad Augusto ed Eva, che si sono dimostrati dei padroni di casa attenti e disponibili per ogni necessità ma, in particolar modo, hanno saputo dispensare ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare, le spiagge da vedere e dove mangiare, non deludendo mai le aspettative. Più che clienti, ci si sente ospiti, è questo il regalo più bello che si possa ricevere, e che dà un valore in più alla bellezza già caratteristica di Ischia. Ultimo ma non ultimo, la mascotte a quattro zampe, Aron, si è dimostrato un ottimo padrone di casa. Consigliata sotto tutti i punti di vista!

Nous avons passée une merveilleuse semaine à Ischia grâce à Eva et Augusto. La maison est magnifique, la chambre est très propre, fonctionnelle, et climatisée ! La piscine est superbe, et en ce mois d'août très chaud, elle était indispensable.
La situation est idéale, entre Forio, San Angelo et la plage de Citara et des thermes Poseidon.
Eva et Augusto sont pour nous la définition des hôtes parfaits. De bons conseils (itinéraires, activités, restaurants...), accueillants (invitations à manger) , attentionnés (croissants le matin) et foncièrement gentils. Encore merci à vous !
