About this house rental
Seasonal rental of a comfortable and functional single storey house of around 110 m2 the Men Glas in the village of ERDEVEN on a plot of 23 ares (without animals or on prior request at the convenience of acceptance or not of the owner , water and electricity in addition) .in the heart of a very beautiful region to visit. Our house le menglas is well insulated, situated on a large unfenced plot where your children can play with ease. The accommodation includes 5 rooms with 3 bedrooms with good quality bedding of 160, 140 and 2 beds of 90, bathroom with large shower, (bed linen and others provided free of charge from 2 weeks rental) a large room with lounge dining room facing the countryside, television, WiFi, cd player, American kitchen where you will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday (oven, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, and many utensils) garage to store your belongings (planks ..) and cellar with washing machine, garden furniture, barbecue.
Arrival at 4 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m. It is possible possibly to anticipate the time of departure or arrival by submitting the request to the owner subject to availability, upon arrival a deposit of 700 euros is required at the end of the stay after compliance by the inventory, EDF and water is to be expected, payable according to consumption at the end of the stay (0.20 euros per kw / h and water 9 euros per m3) cleaning costs if necessary 80 euros.
