Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und neuwertig, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und sehr gut, wie auch das Abendessen. Der Saunabereich ist klein, aber sehr schön. Das schon ältere Haus ist trotzdem sehr gepflegt. Die Familie und die Besitzer des Restaurants und Hotels sind sehr bemüht, dass alles passt.
Ich kann nicht sagen, was mir nicht gefallen hätte, war alles nach unseren Vorstellungen.

Familiengeführtes Hotel, wo man Höflichkeit und familiäres Flair vorfindet. Blick vom Zimmer/Balkon auf die Berge war sehr schön. Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch sehr gut. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man die Vorteile von kleineren, familiengeführten Betrieben schätzt.

- The rooms are very tidy and clean, spacious, and modern in design. They also have a balcony. The bed is extremely comfortable.
- The Millenium Express gondola is very close, about a 4–5 minute walk.
- The staff, especially the older gentleman and lady working in the restaurant, were very kind and welcoming to us.
- Breakfast and dinner were solid and satisfying.
- There is outdoor parking available for cars.
- The live TV broadcast with weather forecasts and slope condition updates was very useful for us.
- The church is very close and the bells ring frequently and loudly throughout the day, starting as early as 6 a.m. At one point it became unbearable and affected my sleep quality. I don’t blame the hotel, it’s a cultural thing we’re simply not used to, but it’s worth mentioning.
- The ski room is very small and outdated, with limited space.
- The spa area is quite small; as far as we saw, there is only a sauna. In the end, we didn’t use it.
- Breakfast is decent, but the selection is rather limited and repetitive, it’s the same every day. The food quality seems good and local. For egg dishes, however, you have to specifically ask the staff; I’m used to having those available directly on the buffet.
- The dinner menu was only available in German rather than in English, which made it less convenient for international guests.
- Communication and transparency with the hotel staff were lacking. We were overcharged one day for the buffet despite having half board, because we took a few extra items we didn’t end up eating because we didn't like it. This could have been explained in advance by the young gentleman who worked there. It felt unfair to be charged, especially since on the first day we declined dinner due to arriving late because we didn't want to bother the staff and resturant, even though they kindly offered it. I’ve traveled extensively and food has always been included in similar arrangements, sometimes it happens that you take more or don’t like something, but this is the first time I’ve been charged extra for a buffet already included in the stay. Drinks were also charged, which is fine, but there was no drinks menu on the table and no prior notice about prices, so the higher total at the end was unexpected. Our drink order was also mixed up once or twice, but we didn’t want to cause issues. Communication definitely needs to be clearer and more transparent. I expected more.
