This spacious apartment is fully equipped and is completely free. At the rear is a large lawn with two swings. The garden is adjacent to the side and rear of arable land which occasionally see a deer's. Rabbits, hares and pheasants come regularly over. Because of its location, you can both on the terrace to enjoy as the back throughout the day from the sun. 100 meters away is a small supermarket, which is provided daily by the village baker of fresh bread and rolls.

It has two bathrooms, one with a duo bath. There are three bedrooms. Two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each bedroom has two single beds and one is equipped with pillows and duvets. You need to bring sheets and duvet covers or you can rent them locally. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have spacious closets and a sink. The bedrooms are spacious enough to put on a camp bed. It has except for TV, DVD and audio equipment, six comfortable seats, two side tables and a large dining table with 6 chairs. The house is equipped with free internet. The kitchen offers various equipment, covers a wide range of kitchen utensils and plenty of storage space for food. For your safety, there's a fire blanket in the kitchen there are two detectors and a foam extinguisher in the house.
Surroundings:
Within walking distance are several restaurants. The house is located between Zoutelande and Westkapelle. The two villages, which are 1.3 and 1.5 km away from the house, have several shops where you can not only find all your shopping, there are restaurants, entertainment venues and find several activities. You can also cycle there, tandems and carts rent.
Beach
The house is located right across the dunes exactly between two dune transitions. To the left is a dune transition which is very suitable for smaller children and pram. On the right is a sturdy wooden staircase that is appreciated by adults. The distance to the beach is 500 meters. You can get to the bottom of the dunes with your car but you can not park there. Halfway Bucksweg you have free parking. On the beach there are three beaches to a beach. The beach is equipped with beach huts that can be rented at the local entrepreneurs. Also there are sun beds for rent and you are free to go to the beach with your own stuff.
Children should rule with anything in the water. Unless offshore winds and a strong current, but you will be warned by flag signals. Because the beach is a little further inland, the current is less strong than in other coastal areas. It remains to sea and there you must be always aware of itself

The farm where the house is part of it consists of a double house a large barn and a carriage house. The structure dates from 1648. The barn was originally built on cowhides.
The houses and the carriage house in 1993 and 2003 with respect for the identity largely rebuilt. The exterior is an authentic Walcherse long farmhouse. The windows have shutters painted in authentic colors. The barn is white and features large-taking hours. On the side hand this gunwale with black tarred planks. The renovation was necessary because it had been flooded in 1944 and 1953. Within the property of all the commodities. Each year, the house is adapted to the needs and demands of our time so that guests get the comfort they want. The farm is not permanently occupied and used for holiday purposes.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Zoutelande und im Haus haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Leider haben wir Jeanette nicht persönlich kennengelernt, sie war nie vor Ort. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war gut mit ihr. Das Haus ist funktional, der Garten ruhig und gross, die Einrichtung ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war grundsätzlich geputzt, aber trotzdem teilweise staubig, das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber, der Abfall der Vormieter schlecht getrennt, etc. aber alles nicht schlimm! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Leider haben wir nicht jeden Schaden gemeldet und wir sind sehr enttäuscht, dass uns danach von Jeannette ein Schaden verrechnet wurde, den wir nicht verursacht haben und weitere, teilweise sogar gemeldete Schäden, vorgeworfen wurden. Ganz offensichtlich war sie vor unserem Besuch nicht im Haus, nur danach und meint nun, wir hätten den Sachen nicht Sorge gegeben. Bis anhin hatten wir von Vermietern immer sehr positive Rückmeldungen über unsere Ehrlichkeit und dass wir die Objekte ordentlich zurücklassen. Ich empfehle weiteren Gästen, Schäden gut zu dokumentieren, dann haben Sie bestimmt einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus!

Wir waren 8 Nächte in der Unterkunft und sehr zufrieden. Die Möbel sind stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Die Elektrogeräte sind einwandfrei. Die Lage ist optimal. Es ist nah zum Strand und trotzdem gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nähe der Unterkunft. Die Terrasse, nach hinten raus, lädt zum verweilen ein und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls problemlos. Wir würden diese Unterkunft, geeignet für 6 Personen, wieder wählen.

Das Haus enthält alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht, der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, auf der Terrasse haben wir die Sonne genossen.
