180m² ground level house sits in 2200m² jardin with native trees, plantes, totally enclosed (hedges and walls), south facing, 4 x 11 x 1.1 x 1.5 m pool, pool house, close to commodities (2km), right in the heart of the cote du rhone wine district, and close to historical sites of orange, avignon, vaison la romaine...not too far from l'ardeche, st remy, aix en provence and very calm and spaceous.
