The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a great garden and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space. The living room is very cozy with several sofas. The kitchen is well-equipped, but the cooktop may need updating. The bathrooms have great water pressure.

El apartamento está muy bien y tiene un patio maravilloso para hacer la vida en él. Está mejor de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías, y tan solo se le podría poner el pero de la comodidad de las camas. Tiene aire acondicionado centralizado y aparcamiento subterráneo, y está casi en primera línea de playa.

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage Ende September in dieser schönen Wohnung. Sie liegt in einer sehr gepflegten , ruhigen Anlage und man ist in zwei Minuten an dem herrlichen Strand. Parkplatz ist kein Problem, da es eine Tiefgarage gibt. Mit dem Auto ist man in nicht mal zehn Minuten in Marbella. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große, zum Teil überdachte Terrasse. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maravillosa estancia en marbella, a solo 6km d la ciudad en una urbanizacion con todas las comodidades. Garaje, piscina, y un lugar muy trankilo. Esta muy bien comunicado, a solo 5min y quiza me paso, de la playa. Y que decir del apartamento.... cojonudo, como su propietario.
