Location was good but not on the sunny side of the mountain meaning it becomes chilly after 18:00. The small studio below felt moist, ventilation is a burden. Kitchen equipment was mediocre. We bought our own glasses to accommodate our simple needs for drinking. The bed mattress was too soft for most of our party. The TV seating area is now a square lounge. Not pleasing the elderly. We did manage to spend a nice holiday but some practical and comfortable updates would make the difference!

Die große Wohnung war insgesamt gut. Die Wohnung im Souterrain war etwas ungepflegt. Kaminofen, wie in Beschreibung angegeben, gab es nicht. Verstopfung des Duschabflusses wurde durch den Eigentümer relativ schnell beseitigt.

Ondanks 2 gps systemen ( waaronder Google) in de auto konden wij het adres niet te vinden. Pas nadat wij het een paar keer gevraagd hadden ( vlak vóór het benzinestation links naar boven) kwamen wij aan bij een heerlijk chalet. De accommodatie vonden wij fantastisch! Wát een práchtig ruim balkon en ook aan de zijkant van het huis is een fantastische ruimte gecreëerd. Bedden en kamers príma! Omdat wij al wat ouder zijn vonden wij het jammer dat de bank was weggehaald en daar een lounchebank voor in de plaats is gekomen. Fijn voor jongeren, hoor. De omgeving is prachtig en je zit er super rustig maar écht wel wat verder verwijderd van de skigebieden..... Wij hebben voornamelijk geskied in Kössen ( kleine 30 min. rijden.) Heerlijke traditionele gemütliche sfeer zonder harde muziek vonden wij, en voor ieder wat wils. Zoek je meer uitdaging en een groter skigebied dan zit je wel ongeveer 1 uur in de auto naar bijv. Söll. Dat is dan de dichtstbijzijnde mogelijkheid. Zéker ook heel gezellig! ( vonden wij...-)

Het is wel een fijn chalet, alleen jammer dat er eigenlijk niet veel extra's zijn.
Satelliet T.V.heeft geen Nederlandse zenders...geen dvd speler, zeer zwak Wifi, geen wasmachine, ligbad of iets anders dat de prijs rechtvaardigt.
Je moet buitenom naar het andere appartement, wat niet staat aangegeven bij de huisbeschrijving, en is dus niet handig/comfortabel om ´s avonds als het bijna vriest zo naar bed te moeten.
Trap buitenom is ook slecht verlicht. Kortom, mooi chalet maar de prijs is echt te hoog voor hetgeen wordt geboden.
