Hotel Berneron

L’hôtel est charmant, très propre de l’intérieur à l’extérieur petit dej avec produits locaux, un délice. Très bien situé vous êtes au milieu du village, animation commerce navette tout y est. Le personnel est un plus pour l’établissement, le patron nous a très bien accueilli hier soir, Oumaima génial en matinée ainsi que le reste du personnel souriantes et avenantes. Merci à tous , une belle adresse que nous garderons pour nos prochaines visite en Ardèche.

Un immense merci pour ce merveilleux séjour ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre, calme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent immédiatement bien et accueilli avec chaleur. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : souriant, attentionné, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. Chaque échange a été agréable et authentique, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil exceptionnel. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were kind and helpful, and the owner was particularly welcoming and attentive. He gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat locally. The breakfast was also lovely. Even though the hotel was quiet during our stay, they still prepared a really nice breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. We also loved the pool. Overall, a very pleasant stay with warm hospitality.

Maybe a fridge is the room would make it better

The stuff was friendly but nobody speaks English so it was really difficult and at the end unhelpful. our room was by the elevator so it was annoyingly loud in the morning and evening. The room was smelling every morning because of the kitchen and cooking. We couldn’t change it because we couldn’t speak with someone and complain about it. The toilet was new but the door from the shower wasn’t closing properly so everything was under water after showering. In the end it was really overpriced only because it is near the Ardeche. Would have been better to check some of the camping spots near the river.
