posizione prossima a mergellina e non troppo distante dalla stazione e dal lungomare camera molto pulita possibilità di potere usufruire di un ambiente cucina comune e condiviso buona connessione wifi personale gentile e disponibile anche se poco presente
il palazzo è un po' fatiscente, anche se lo spazio del B&B è comunque in ordine e pulito check in e check out farraginoso e con orari non chiari nello stabile non prende segnale il cellulare
