About this house rental

A short distance from skiing, sailing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 14-minute drive to Dolomites or the 6-minute drive to Santa Maria Abbey Follina (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the balcony of this 1345-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi, stereo, and music library.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter.

Grazie an Claudia Toniolo für den tollen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir durften Ende September 2021 für 9 Nächte das Haus und die Umgebung genießen. Ob unsere Fragen vor der Reservierung oder die Anreise sowie Aufenthalt und Abreise - Claudia hat immer innerhalb kurzer Zeit per WhatsApp oder FeWo direkt geantwortet. Sie war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, einfach so wie man es sich wünscht. Das Haus ist so wie in den Bildern und bei den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben. Wir hatten Wlan und vorab für 13,00 € für zusätzliche 45 Giga gleich dazu gebucht. Handy Empfang ging auch. Heizung kostet extra 20,00€ pro Tag, haben wir jedoch nicht benötigt. Das Wetter war noch schön und warm, deshalb haben wir die Feuerstelle im Haus auch nicht genutzt. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse vor dem Haus aus hat das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus einen schönen Blick auf die Berge gegenüber. Wir haben täglich vor dem Haus draußen gegessen. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind weit entfernt und es ist sehr ruhig :-). Es liegt ca. 15 bis 20 Geh-Minuten durch den Wald und vor allem durch die Prosseco-Weinberge entfernt von Gombai. Gombai selbst ist ein schönes Dorf mit zum Teil eigen Gassen. Es gibt einen kleinen Bäcker (Demeter) sowie einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Auch einige Restaurants sowie eine Pizzeria gibt es in Gombai. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Miane ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Direkt ums Haus gibt es einige schöne Wanderwege durch Wald, Wiesen und Weinberge, da muss man nicht erst ins Auto sitzen und lange fahren..... Wir waren auch in Venedig (ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt) und beim Soffia Wasserfall (Dolomiten auch ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt). Wir haben uns super erholt und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerne empfehlen wir es weiter und kommen wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend Urlaub machen.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Da es viele Gewitter gab, war es super, dass wir im Wohnzimmer einen schönen Blick auf die Berge hatten und uns entspannen konnten. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Wanderungen machen.
