Only 15 minutes away from the Split Airport, Our fully equipped, luxurious front-line villa, consists of 5 rooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, sauna, gym and BBQ area.
It has free private parking and provides everything for a enjoyable holiday with the pool just few meters from the sea. Recommended to all who want to enjoy superb sea views, sunrises and tranquility.

With 247m2 and 4+1 bedrooms, this luxury villa can accommodate 10 (8+2) . On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with an exit to the terrace with a beautiful Sea view, infinity swimming pool and barbecue area. Ground floor includes sauna, shower place and small toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each includes own bathroom balcony access with sea view. Small gym is also located on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor two rooms with own bathroom each has balcony and beautiful sea view. Spare room with double bed is also located on the same floor. Behind house is parking space for three cars.
The Villa offers you a luxurious accommodation experience with beautiful sea view. It is ideal for families, couples and small groups of people. To swim in the Adriatic Sea you only need to cross the street in front of your vacation home.
There is a stoney beach with concrete sunbathing areas just in front of the Villa and 200m from the Villa is a beautiful pebble beach ideal for children.

Marina is a and a small tourist harbor near the old Middle Dalamtian town of Trogir. The place is dominated by a picturesque fort.
The Marina locals were traditionally involved in fishing and marine, but today are more occupied with fishing. There is a small harbor near the Marina core, on the north side of the Marina bay, which holds 120 berths and is very interesting to the boaters. Marina holds numerous historical monuments. The beaches are pebbly and sandy and are suitable for family vacations. Numerous pine and olive trees provide a pleasant shade during the hottest time of the day. Fantastic holiday for a party of young and older adults, x2 families, first time in Croatia and fallen in love. The villa was in a perfect location for the restaurants and supermarkets in Marina. Hospitality & cleanliness 5star, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the pool had beautiful views overlooking the sea. Petar helped us organise a boat trip with Ivan - definitely recommend, we were picked up from the pier literally over the road, visiting x3 islands via speedboat for some swimming and beach clubs.Young adults Ubered into Trogir for some late night life (15/20mins away).

Loved this house. Location is perfect. Short walk to numerous restaurants and bakery/grocery store. Great beach across the street. Our teenagers loved taking the paddle board over to the beach. We enjoyed the pool every day. Rooms were all spacious with beautiful views to wake up to. Bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels etc Kitchen was well stocked. Short drive into Trogir for more shopping and restaurants. We used Uber. Everywhere felt very safe for the teenagers to wander around without us. Petar was a great host. Replied quickly to any requests. We had a relaxing fun week and fell in love with Croatia. Highly recommend this house.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our family with three teenagers – all bedrooms were equally comfortable and had their own bathrooms, which gave everyone the chance to relax and have their own space.The sea is just a few steps from the house, with crystal clear water, and several good restaurants are within walking distance. We really appreciated the host's excellent recommendations.The house was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The only small downside is that the sun leaves the property around 4 PM, so there's no evening sun – something to keep in mind if that’s important to you.All in all, a great place that we would happily return to!

This house was perfect for our 10 day stay! We had 7 adults in our group and this house was perfect. Everyone had a great time enjoying the pool and the beach that was a short walk away.We could not ask for a better location. Marina is a cute little town that is close enough to Trogir and Split for day trips, but far enough away for some privacy. There is a grocery store right down that is stocked with everything you need.Ana and Petar were great hosts and went out of their way to accommodate us. From the welcome snacks upon arrival to fantastic restaurant recommendations, they made sure our trip was extremely enjoyable.
