About this apartment rental
4 bedroom 95m2 luxury duplex apartment on top floor of the building, with 2 x double, 1 x twin and 1 x triple bedrooms. Sleeps 10 (9 in regular beds plus double sofa bed or a folding bed). Large living area with open fireplace, separate dining area with large table seating 10, modernised plan kitchen. Three bathrooms (1 ensuite, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom).
Les Arcs 1950 is a high-altitude car-free, ski-in, ski-out village in the huge Paradiski ski area. The village has a vibrant range of restaurants, bars and shops. Put your skis on outside the door and the piste runs through the village in Winter, or rent mountain bikes and explore the bike park in the Summer. There is a range of entertainment laid on in the village in both winter and summer seasons.
The apartment is well-equipped with comfortable beds, sofas and armchairs, a large dining table and kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large widescreen TV, Xbox, and Sonos music system to keep you entertained. The residence has a 24 hour reception (either in the building itself or in an adjacent one), and the apartment is offered with bedding, towels, bathrobes and regular cleaning included.
There is an outside swimming pool and hot tub, and indoor sauna in the building. Guests also have access to an indoor-outdoor swimming pool in an adjacent building. There is also a spa in the village offering a range of (paid) treatments.
Ski school meets just outside the front door making for easy family holidays, with ski rental shops just a few metres away. There are two private ski lockers to keep your ski equipment in, and you are only a few turns away from the main piste.
Food shops include a well-stocked supermarket, bakery, mountain produce shop, and sweet shop. Beyond a variety of restaurants and bars in the village, there are also clothes and gift shops.
Parking is available (at additional cost) in the underground car park beneath the village. There are shared washing machines available in the basement.

We are a group of 7 adults and the apartment is perfect for us with 3 bathrooms and ample living space. Recently refurbished, clean and quiet yet conveniently located as ski-in ski-out at 1950 with a well-stocked supermarket downstairs, adjacent to the free cabriolet that runs till beyond 11pm that takes you to les arcs 2000 within minutes. We appreciate the sauna and jacuzzi in the building that relax the muscles after a day of skiing. Lift landing to the apartment entrance, which opens to a staircase to the living area one floor up. Slanting roof in a some rooms so tall people might need to mind your head when getting in/out of bed. The starter pack of shampoo and toilet paper included is appreciated and you can easily restock at the supermarket.10am check-out and 5pm check-in but baggage locker in the building allows you to maximise your skiing time before check-in and after checkout. Andrew the owner is very quick at answering our enquiries. Overall a very enjoyable stay and experience!!

Nice apartment in great location. Lovely living area with plenty of relaxing / eating space. 3 good bedrooms (though could do with better storage space for clothes) and 3 bathrooms so worked well for 2 families. Great newly fitted out boot room and straight out onto the "piste" in the middle of 1950.

We arrived in the evening having had a long drive (very slow from Chambery).. There is direct access from the car park to the property - which is good with ski baggage etc. Check in was easy and quick. The property is on the thrid floors - good lift access etc. The apartment is accessed by quite a steep set of stairs. The entrance area is great for ski jackets, shoes etc. The apartment itself is lovely - nicely decorated three good sized bedrooms - two bathrooms and an ensuite - good comfortable living area - nice views from the balcony. The apartment is centrally located so easy access to the 1950 shops and to the slopes. Probably the most comfortable ski location I have visited!. Great communication from the owner.

We were a party of 6 adults and the property was perfect for us. Well equipped, spacious and comfortably furnished. Good WiFi. Wine fridge. XBox. Well placed for supermarket and bakery. Easily accessible heated ski lockers. A really happy week.
