On the heights of Nimes, surrounded by the Garrigue, our spacious contemporary villa (260m2), all comfort, provides you with calm, sun and relaxation.
The wooded and fenced park (3000 m2 without screws) offers an incredible space of freedom and the very large, and heated swimming pool 11x5 m (enough to play Water Polo!), delicately treated with seasalt will refresh you without irritating the skin.
Its large steps with a beach suitable for very young children allows moms to look at them while being in the water sipping a cool drink.
For your peace of mind the swimming pool is secured by a roller shutter.
The ball field skilfully placed in the shade of the pines promises you long wild parts and the ping pong table will see parents and children compete.
Mountain bikes are available for the most courageous ones who will discover by pedaling the surrounding garrigue
You will spend long evenings on the large terraces chatting with a good glass of regional wine while the children take their last bath or play quietly.
Of course the men will prepare the barbecue ritual... while having cocktails !
Recharge yourself in the 4 cosy rooms, sleep in soft double beds with memory foarm mattress.
Find yourself in the large living room with comfortable seating to spend a good time together.
The house is suitable for 2 families up stairs sleeps 6 and down stairs sleeps 2m plus à sofabed, 2 bathrooms whose softened water transforms the showers into caresses
A baby bed and highchair are at your disposal.
The flat screen TV + DVD player will entertain the children. Also the large garden is ideal for them to explore
The dining room and the well equipped kitchen will allow you to have your meals indoor but you will certainly prefer to eat in the charm from the outside with the 2 terraces furnished (tables + chairs)!.
In the morning, feal the calm of the surrounding nature, eat your breakfast under the Virgin Vine and watch the squirrels: you will see them jumping from tree to tree; You will have fun watching their pursuit races, the more daring come to drink in the pool. The birds sing, the cicadas still sleep... it's a sweet moment just for you, the day looks good.

Stay was perfect. Spacious and clean house, and pool area was great (although we didn’t have any, it would be a good area for kids). Kitchen was well supplied. House had a gate so felt very secure and was quiet. You will need a car to get into Nîmes and to travel to other towns, but that is specified in the listing. Communication with Dominic as quick. She is very responsive.

A wonderful house that catered for everything we needed for a large family of grandparents, parents and young children. The outside space is vast with a huge swimming pool ideal for the little ones to play safely and learn to swim. The outside eating and relaxing area is fantastic and we enjoyed many meals and drinks all cooked on the great BBQ facilities. Inside the home was a perfect layout for multi generational families, downstairs a little quieter with one large bedroom and bathroom and upstairs the other 3 bedrooms and facilities. We would not hesitate to return as this house far surpassed our expectation.

Excellent house, very well equipped. The pool was lovely and warm so the children could spend hours playing and an amazing eating out area with bbq and plancha to be able to enjoy the great evening weather. Lovely relaxed location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amis, dans cette propriété qui offre tout le confort nécessaire. Maison spacieuse et très bien distribuée, ce qui a permis à chaque famille d'avoir son indépendance. Idéale avec de jeunes enfants (piscine sécurisée, trampoline, balançoire...). La propriétaire est vraiment charmante et serviable (le hamac s'est cassé pendant notre séjour et elle l'a immédiatement remplacé).
La maison est dans un lotissement au calme, à 10min en voiture du centre de Nimes. C'est une excellente adresse qui justifie sans problème son tarif.
