The apartment allows for a peaceful and relaxing stay in an oasis of peace and tranquility, ideal for spending unforgettable days in a peaceful and fantastic environment that allows guests to feel as if they were at home, with every comfort.

This property exceeded our expectations. Immaculately clean. Centrally located next to all bus lines or 10Euro taxi to airport. Steps to grocery stores. Easy and flat 25 minutes to heart of old city or to port. Host was exceptional, meeting us in person at the hnit despite numerous train delays, helped navigate a train strike for us, provided detailed food and travel recommendations. No hesitation to book again or to recommend to all. Excellent price point and phenomenal service.

The apartment was very cozy and spacious for 3 of us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen- oven, microwave and even a toaster. A big-big plus was an underground parking. The only minus was a little far from railway station (30 minutes walk), but there is a bus stop near the apartment. Armando was a really helpful and pleasant host to communicate with.

Was a great location. Close to shopping and buses. The train station was a little further away than I had hoped but the bus got us from the apartment to the station in short time.
Armando was a wonderful host and did everything possible
to assist us. We would stay at his apartment again.

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely, well equipped, apartment. The host is super-friendly and really went the extra mile to help us. The location was ideal both for walking around La Spezia and travelling to the surrounding area including Pisa, Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre.
