About this villa rental
The villa is in a wonderful position in Conegliano in the province of Treviso 50 km from Venice, very close to the rolling hills of Prosecco and the relaxing countryside with woods, streams and beautiful meadows but at the same time in an area well served with a bus stop in front of the house and supermarket in front of the house. In addition there are typical restaurants, shops. Pharmacy at 500 meters. The furniture is with fine furniture and particular attention has been paid to the furnishings and furnishing details. The large and suggestive rooms, the beautiful and large well-equipped kitchen with an excellent living room for self catering, large bathroom with window and shower, large terrace overlooking the pool and hill. Outside, the lovely garden adorned with Mediterranean plants, the large swimming pool (15x6 meters) with salt and heated water, plenty of space for reading or outdoor games, umbrellas, sun loungers, table and chairs for lunch or dinner by the pool .
The house has been renovated according to modern green building criteria making the stay very comfortable both in summer and in winter. The windows have a high thermal and acoustic insulation power. We also suggest you to linger in the evening on one of the poolside tables, perhaps sipping a good wine, to enjoy the suggestive night lighting and maybe even the singing of some lonely cricket ...

This apartment is conveniently located in Conegliano and even has a supermarket across the street (plus places to eat within walking distance). The host is very nice and available if you need him. The pool is the star of the listing! The place is very quiet and extremely clean. We will definitely come back! I recommend you read the other reviews to clarify a few things that are important about the A/C, the pool hours, the privacy and the tourist tax payable in cash... The owner clearly explains everything so that you know what to expect. It is a great rental, we recommend it!

From the outside the property seems rather normal however as soon as you get through the gate you will be surprise by the swimming pool that makes you feel on holiday especially having a drink while enjoying the view on the Prosecco hills and the Dolomiti ed . The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable . . Situated 15 min from the historic city centre and right opposite a supermarket with excellent food worth trying.
A few mosquitoes had snacks on us but that was an easy fix .
I would definitely return and recommend to my friends.

Het appartement bevind zich samen met nog 2 andere apartementen in een woning die samen het zwembad delen. Het zwembad is erg mooi en voldoende groot.
Het is een ruim appartement en voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Er wordt geadverteerd meet airco maar dit is een beperkte koeling waardoor het nog steeds -erg- warm kan zijn. Ook is er geen wasmachine aanwezig maar kun je voor een was de schoonmaakster vragen die dit dan tegen betaling voor je doet.
Wat ook niet in de advertentie vermeld is dat je bij aankomst nog toeristenbelasting en voor internet gebruik moet betalen.
Al met al een mooie week gehad in een prachtige omgeving.

Leuke woning met grote zwembad. Alleen is de zwembad niet exclusief voor jouw, maar wordt gedeeld met 2 andere appartementen. Dat kan beter worden vermeld op de site. In de praktijk hadden we wel vaak de zwembad alleen in gebruik om dat de andere gasten weg waren.
