Tourist Apartment

We had an extremely good time at Gediminas place. He is an exceptional host: always available, friendly and hospitable, happy to share local tips. We dined together on a couple of evenings and also watched football (he was, of course, supporting our team :) ) We would highly recommend this place! Also, the location is great - close to the sea, forests (nice for walking, cycling).

We have used this property several times already, it is not disappointing. Great value for money. let's go back!

Real clean. All amenities to live with small kids: washing maschine, full kitchen, enough for a family of 6. The bathroom appears bigger than it looks the photos. Friendly and attentive host.

Place feels cramped. The rooms appeared to me smaller in reality than they appear on the photos. The living room is maybe 10-12 square meters, the bedrooms are maybe 6 sq.m... Can not go to the beach on the straight line through the neighborhood with a stroller - stairs and more stairs. Have follow the main road all the time. It was a challenge for kids to take a shower every time - the gas boiler is either old or cheap and can not provide warm water steadily - shower watter fluctuates between too hot and too cool all the time. No 'green yard' for kids to play - all greenery in the photos can not be used - different owners. The outside/BBQ table in the photos is surrounded by something that looks almost like an unfinished construction - real big gravel-paved lot with piles and piles of construction and paving materials.
