About this apartment rental
A 1-minute walk from Cornelia metro stop, close to many bus lines. Within minutes you can reach Vatican City and the center of Rome.
The neighborhood is very nice, full of: restaurants, pizzerias, bars and shops of all kinds.
Our apartment is a three-room apartment of about 75 sqm complete renovated in August 2016.
There is everything you need, intimacy and comfort reign supreme.

The apartment is studied in detail and is equipped with all the amenities that will make your stay unique.
It was also restored in August 2016 and is tastefully furnished.
The property consists of:

>> 1 kitchen with living room and double sofa bed
>> 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine
>> 1 storage room
>> 1 very wide hallway
Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment.
The apartment comes with bed linen for guests, blankets, towels and soap. Heating is included during the winter season.
DOUBLE BED ROOM
The bedroom is very large and comfortable. It is equipped with a standard double bed, 2 nightstands, 4 wardrobe, 1 desk, 1 sitting, TV and air conditioning. All the furniture is at your disposal to store your clothes during your stay.
Inside the closet you will find other blankets and pillows of various sizes to make your rest more comfortable.
SINGLE BED ROOM
The single bedroom is also large and comfortable. It is equipped with a standard single bed, a 2-door wardrobe, 1 seat, TV and air conditioning. All furniture is at your disposal during your stay.

KITCHEN WITH LIVING ROOM
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to be able to eat at home autonomously.
Oven, hob, fridge, sink, plates and cutlery, 1 table with 5 seats, TV, air conditioning. There is everything you need to cook without having to go to the restaurant.
The living room has a double sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people without any problems.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a comfortable sink, bidet, water and shower cabin.
In addition, there is also a perfectly working washing machine.
CLOSET
The closet is a room where everything needed for cleaning, and some necessary accessories is restored.
POSITION
The property is only a 1 minute walk from the Cornelia stop.
With the Metro in only 3 stops you are at "Vatican Museums" and then in the center of Rome.
On foot you can reach: bars, pizzerias, restaurants, banks, cinemas, fast food, all kinds of shops, markets, etc ... The neighborhood and the area are provided with every need.
Bikes for hire are available.
You can arrange transfers to and from the airport or the station.

We stayed there twice; six nights at the beginning of our vacation and two more at the end. The apartment was clean and tidy both times, the WiFi worked well, and the three AC units kept us very comfortable. Marco was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood is lively and has many shops and restaurants. The building itself had two mini-marts, a cafe, a clothing store, and a shoe store. Best of all, Cornelia metro station was about 30 yards away, you cannot beat that.
The only negative is that the keys were on a keychain that was an electronic card that went into a slot by the door when you entered. Without it in that slot there is no electricity in the apartment, and the ring that holds the keys to it is soldered so you can’t remove the keys from the keychain. That’s fine most of the time, but if someone in the group wants to go out and come back, they cannot take the keys with them and leave everyone else in the dark. So if you decide to have a drink at the cafe late at night, you have to ring the buzzer to get back in the building and the door bell to the apartment. Small drawback but worth mentioning.
All in all it is a great place, that’s why we stayed there twice. Highly recommended.
