The location is excellent. Subway stations, grocery stores, eateries, pharmacies, everything is within a very short walk. The apartment is spacious, super comfortable, and absolutely clean.
The lift was out of service (had been for several weeks when I checked in) and this was not communicated to me at ANY point. The apartment is on the 5th floor and I had a large baby stroller with me, so the lack of a lift was a major problem for my family.

The staff were freindly and the keys were handed on arrival. The location of the property was a 15 minute walk from Hyde Park and the christams market which was really great. The staff were really helpful. Good size shower , clean bathroom.
We selected this property due to its location and having a lift for a baby , with push chair and a family member who has back issues. We were on the fifth floor which was no problem in its self, but as the lift was out of order from the Friday night we had to use the stairs all weekend which was quite difficult. Thats ok if you are able bodied and dont have wheelchairs and push chairs. The apartment sofa beds were quite uncomforatble ( I know they are not beds, never the less I have slept on really comforatble sofa beds), The apartment was well equiped in some aspects ( washing machine, dishwasher , utensils, iron ) but then in other areas let its self down, for example broken knives in the knife block, no pan and brush , nothing to sweep up, or a mop bucket, so over a couple of days struggling with the floor, general bits and crumbs. Building dated and smelt fusty, door in appartment was quite thin and had a key lock and extra security yale lock , but the top yale lock did not work. I feel they could do more to make it feel more secure.
