Host simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo. Fautore del cibo sano quindi colazione preparata da lui sana e abbondante.
Qualche problemino con alcuni canali TV. Niente da segnalare.

Es un B&B que está dentro de una propiedad que se destina a varias cosas. Alquiler, también vive una familia, hay un estudio, etc. es un barrio de casas familiares a 20 minutos del centro. Muy tranquilo sin ruidos. La habitación está separada de la propiedad con una entrada fuera de la casa. el dueño te da las llaves y de ahí te manejas sola. Está cerca de la estación de tren a pie 15/20 minutos. O a dos paradas del colectivo 1. Andrea el dueño muy amable siempre disponible para cualquier consulta. El baño y la habitación están a nuevo.
Se escucha la propiedad familiar el hablar y su cotidianidad. Hay una puerta que está cerrada detrás de una cortina deberían levantar una pared directamente y ver cómo insonorizar las paredes. Debe agregar algunos vasos/platos , un microondas por si se quiere comer algo y establecerse como sacar la basura a qué hora y a donde. También renovar las toallas, están viejitas y gastadas. Y dejar algo para secar el baño luego de usarlo.
