Great place near the GIG airport, only 10 min away and in the middle of a lively area with options for food, pharmacy, gym…
It’s not luxurious, but super clean and staff very friendly.
They are very flexible to accommodate the guests needs. My checking was at 15:00, but I arrived in the morning around 07:30 am and as they had an available room, they were happy to let me in much earlier.
I just missed a very hot shower, but that wouldn’t be a problem for usual hot days in Rio.

The staff was very helpful for assisting with my delayed check-in due to severe traffic. They messaged me the gate code through WhatsApp and since I was really late, they even left the key to my room so I can just go directly to quickly rest for my early morning flight. The check-in and check-out process was all done on their end.
I wish the WIFI was working when I was there. The shower head was pointed towards the wall for my room, making showering kind of difficult. I was worried about damaging it if I tried to move it. The room didn't have shampoo or body wash/soap for showering, which would have been nice.

Not a lot
I got to the property- the receptionist didn’t/ wouldn’t open the security gate . A guest opened it for me , after 40 minutes. The receptionist could clearly of known I was there , as the security monitor was pointing exactly where I was pressing the bell . It then took a further hour for her to check me in , she had no idea how to use the computer. They could t find the key for my room , I ended up in another one , with food left in the fridge.
