About this villa rental
From the origins of a place of rest along the Via Francigena to the heart of a modern organic farm, Villa Francigena combines the charm of the countryside and the comforts of a luxury villa for a pure made in Italy experience.
Located between Siena and Montalcino, in a small hamlet on the top of a hill, the Villa has been recently refurbished to meet the needs of its guests and lead them into a unique experience.
Seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, one for guests and one for the pool, a large entrance on ground floor and one on the first floor and two salons welcome guests in the villa, surrounded by a large garden with pool.
The elevator to access floors, air conditioning in bedrooms and wi-fi both inside and outside offer high levels of comfort. The gardens surround the main building and include a wooded area, beautifully fresh during the summer season. The grove is also a perfect place for children where they can discover the swings and a brick home for the games.
The pool is well positioned to offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, submerging guests in an oasis of blue and green.
Outdoors:
The villa is accessed through a perfectly usable dirt road to reach a courtyard with ample parking for cars.
The garden, private and enclosed by a grove, is characterized by large lawn spaces and a 6X13 pool. The pool has a large entry deck (height 35 cm). The first half of the pool has a depth of 1.20 m. The depth of the second half reaches 2 mt. Also in the pool area, there is an umbrella, chairs, sun loungers and a long sofa with pillows (5 meters) to enjoy the panorama in full relaxation.
Outside, there is also a dining area with outdoor table and chairs for 12 people, a coffee / aperitif area with parasol, table and chairs / chaise longue.

Mezzanine floor:
Independent living room with television, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Sleeping area, first floor:
Large living room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with separate bath and shower. 1 double / twin bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1 double bedroom and 1 double bedroom with shared bathroom with shower and bathtub. Both have access to a shared terrace. 1 master master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. 1 bedroom with one and a half beds and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Villa Curiano. It is a large beautiful villa, in a great location, easy to get to surrounding villages. Alessandra, Mirella and Fabio greeted us upon arrival. The first night Mirella prepared a delicious dinner for us and each morning she set out breakfast items for us to enjoy. We had a fridge full of water and other items when we arrived. We especially enjoyed the honey and jams provided to us. Mirella ironed and did laundry for us, which was greatly appreciated. The home is large and beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers. The view is beautiful. We wish we had stayed more days to enjoy the pool. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to come back on our next visit to the Tuscany area.

Stay here!! Alessandra was an incredible and responsive host, helping to coordinate a wine tour and also a chef to come to the villa to make Mother's Day dinner. The space is clean (daily maid service for common areas), the beds are comfortable, and the villa itself and the surrounding grounds and views are peaceful and breathtaking. We would definitely stay again!

Alessandra the property manager met us at 10pm. She was so responsive to every question. They had a welcome package of cheese, bread, milk ,butter, eggs, jelly, coffee and wine and water....there was much more i cant recall! What a great blessing it was...as we were tired and just wanted a snack.
Mirella and her husband live on property and they were amazing. Mirella offered to do our laundry and cleaned for us. She is an amazing lady that has a beautiful garden. The garden flowers are stunning. The pool and views are amazing. The AC in the bedrooms worked well. The house had every gadget you coukd imagine. On the last evening, we had Mirella cook a fantastic dinner for us. It was a treat!
The villa is huge! 8 bedrooms...we only used 5 of them. Lots of room for couples to spread out. 3 kitchen areas! The grounds were gorgeous.
We are very frequent VRBO users. We have never stayed in such a wonderful villa as this. The people make it! Thank you to them for an amazing 3 days!

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay at Villa Curiano. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and had a gorgeous view. The location was perfect, with easy access to Siena and neighboring towns. Mirella, the housekeeper, was sweet and lovely, and Alessandra who manages the property, was very helpful and quick to respond. We are all missing the house and lovely Tuscan days now.
