Charming Apartment in exclusive villa, with wide equipped private park perfect for children, close to the most beautiful seaside of the coast Etrusca, near to café, restaurants,shops ideal for family and excellent for whoever wants relax himself.With children's playground and a barbecue area.Its position makes it ideal for lovers of peace and tranquility, for sightseeing excursions to the most famous historic towns and villages of Tuscany, and for organising trips to explore the more unspoilt areas of the Maremma (by bicycle, on horseback or on foot)
Comfort two minutes from the seaside of the Tuscan coast. Villa Lydia is an oasis of quite and relax. It is endowed with all the comforts and now with luxurious new furnishings.
Great park of ownership with pinaster, junipers, laurels, eucalyptuses, boss and a lot of motley flowers.The area endowed with barbecue, tables, chairs, where you can have lunch or have dinner with your friends only surrounded from the green of the pinaster. The apartment is endowed with very great terraces and porches. What distinguishes this villa is the privacy and the convenience to be near to the sea and at the same time It is close to all facilities: restaurants, supermarket, shops and cafè are just 500 m.away. The villa is in a very fresh area because it is situated in the Tuscany pine forest.Family run with great care we are not Agency.Friendly and relaxing atmosphere with us !

Property is exactly like in the pictures. Pool, jacuzzi and kids play area are private and in the shade. Great access to beach front (walk 5m).
Balcony is really nice to dine in and the canopy protects it from the heat. Bravi!

"We enjoyed every single day of our stay at Villa Lidia. It is a nice house with spacious garden in a reasonably quiet area (sometimes in the evenings we could hear music coming from some events that were taking place in the town), comfortably close to the sea".
