This villa provides a luxurious and utterly memorable experience, situated in an elevated position with an open view and the sea is only 3 km away, whilst enjoying a beautifully mild climate. The recently built villa is stylishly decorated and offers all the desired home comforts for you and your guests.
The villa offers a modern and spacious open plan living and dining space with a beautifully fitted kitchen, very comfortable furniture, free Wi-Fi and Sat TV. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper floor. To fully enjoy your stay, you must relax outside on one of the sun terraces which offer a cool breeze, relaxation and the experience of \'al-fresco dining\' with a large family size BBQ.
Inside the newly built villa, the sleeping accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, the Master room which enjoys its own private Jacuzzi, bathroom and terrace on the loft floor. The ground floor offers a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a shower-room.
The villa sits in a beautiful and generous garden of 1500sqm which is very secluded and private, offering very nice views of the valley below which stretches to the sea to the front of the Villa Monte Enrico. Fences surround the property where needed and so it is in all effect child friendly, however, it should be noted that the private swimming pool although only 0.9m deep and perfect for children, has open access. Pool details: 1.8 X 5 depth 1.2m
The location of the villa lends itself to guests either preferring a relaxing holiday or an active holiday, with the Historical medieval towns of the Ligurian hills close to hand and the glamorous towns of Monte Carlo, San Remo with their beaches, casinos and buzzing nightlife, as well as the golf and paragliding sports, being located just 15km away.
** Please be aware that access to the villa is via a steep uphill road, so an experienced driver is necessary **

The house was great for 9 people, so close to the border and you have just to call one hour before your arrival and you find the house open "plug and play!

Firstly thank you for a fantastic week in your beautiful holiday home! Secondly it was a really tranquil and sunny spot! We found getting to the beaches very easy by car. We all really felt so at home in your modern cosy house and we really managed to enjoy the quality time together that we never seem to find in the UK! The weather was super and we dined outside constantly! We also really enjoyed sightseeing in the local area and visited Monaco for the day which was an experience! Thanks again!
