About this apartment rental
It 'a simple apartment, but tastefully furnished and bright. It 'also been conceived to ease of cleaning and maintenance. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. The area is quiet and the view really incomparable. The locals are very friendly. The house is very cool in summer thanks to the breeze coming from the sea. Just outside the medieval village of Guardistallo, conveniently within walking distance, the hills near the coast of the Etruscans, full of countless beaches, in a small and quiet residence with parking and communal gardens, apartment of 45 sqm. with panoramic views of the valley and the sea, the first and last floor, in an area where a delicious breeze blowing that mitigates the summer heat. Balcony space sheltered by a tent, where you can eat while enjoying the sunset or relax on a deck chair, 1 double bedroom (bed 170 cm), large bathroom with shower and toilet, hallway / utility room, living room with kitchen, complete with gas stove and oven, double sofa bed (140 cm), TV, on demand bed and highchair (on request when booking). Small garden shared with the owner. Washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. Provides detergents for cleaning and a basic equipment of salt, pepper, olive oil Tuscan hills, sugar and coffee to make your stay more enjoyable. They are also available umbrella and beach chairs. Wir reisen schon seit 27 Jahren in die Toscana. Aber wir haben uns in keinem Domizil so wohl gefühlt, wie in der Wohnung von Francesca Ceri. Einrichtung, Ausstattung und vor allem der grandiose Ausblick aufs Meer ließen keine Wünsche offen.
Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir das im nächsten Jahr dort genauso wieder genießen können.

Abbiamo trovato per caso questa sistemazione per il mare e non, infatti si trova solo a 10 km dalla spiaggia di Cesena e precisamente a Guardistallo. Nella descrizione c’è scritto tutto ma vi sorprende comunque nella dotazione di ogni confort che trovi. Qualsiasi cosa vi viene in mente qui la trovate. Casa splendida, fresca puliti e con una vista unica. Consigliatissima. Grazie

Anche se il mare dista 9 km , lo rifarei sicuramente .....il paesino e molto carino le persone molto cordiali ,in un affascinante posto medioevale......ti sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo .....bellissimo ....e stata una vacanza perfetta ....grazie di nuovo a tutti ....ed un saluto alla sig.ra .....Francesca ed il figlio Antonio che sono stati molto cordiali ed ospitali..... grazie davvero ....Antonio e Diana ....

La casa veramente graziosa offre tutti i confort possibili. Molto silenziosa e fresca. Posizione Ottima per visitare sia le colline sia la costa. Se dovessi tornare lo risceglierei. Grazie Francesca!
