PIJPEWEG 71 is the ideal place to relax and the perfect base for exploring the region around Bruges, Damme and Knokke.
Luxurious stay for 8 guests (and 2 children):
The house is made up of the original farmhouse and a recently (2024/2025) completed extension.
In the old part there are 3 bedrooms - all located on the first floor of the holiday home. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160cm), bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90cm) - bedroom 3 with a beautiful view of the garden has a double bed (180cm). To get to bedroom 3 you have to go through bedroom 2.
In addition, the residence on the ground floor has 1 spacious bathroom with rain shower and bath and there are also 2 separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all modern comforts. In the dining area is a wood-burning fireplace with an adjacent cozy sitting area with digital TV.
Finally, at the back of the house there is a second sitting area from which you have a panoramic view of the polders.
It is through this seating area that the extension was connected via a footbridge. In this extension we have 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom with (sink, walk-in shower and toilet). Both rooms, which are open to the ridge, have a double bed and in the mezzanine - accessible via a ladder - there is extra sleeping space for a child.
There is parking available at the house as well as bicycle storage.
Blissful place to enjoy the green surroundings:
The south-facing terrace, the banks of the pool and the shade of the orchard invite you to relax moments in the greenery.
In addition, as from this summer our guests can also use a heated outdoor swimming pool.

Thank you, Els, for sharing this wonderful house! We loved the luxurious mixture of old and new designs as well as the spacious rooms and the huge garden of this property. Els is a perfect host giving plenty advice and a warm welcome, treating the guests to an extra of cold beverages and cookies and a handwritten welcome note. We had a blast!

Quiet location with comfortable living areas. Note that one of the bedrooms was accessed by going through another. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery so only need to run dishwasher once a day. Ten minutes' walk to two small but well stocked supermarkets. Also close to a bakery and friture. 10 minute walk to bus into Bruges with a punctual bus every 20 minutes. Spent most days travelling into Bruges, which has a variety of different museums. This includes the De Halve Maan brewery, whose visit we all enjoyed. Bruges is a very pleasant town to stroll around. It is worth taking a boat ride. Also not far to travel to the coast and not far to the Channel tunnel. Very pleasant host.

Het huisje was perfect. De prachtig diepe tuin en alle faciliteiten hebben ons verrast. Het stond niet in de omschrijving maar er was een barbeque en zelfs statafels aanwezig. Een huis wat verder aan alle gemakken voorziet.
Erg genoten van ons verblijf. Zeker aan te raden
