About this apartment rental
Apartment, 2 bed rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room (for 4 persons + 1 baby in baby bed). Internal parking too.
We offer you free WIFI unlimited.
The apartment consists of:
* a living room with smart TV with air conditioning (December 2025),
* dining area with air conditioning (December 2025)
* fitted kitchen,
* master bedroom (bed: cm160x200) with air conditioning,
* second bedroom with 2 twin beds (cm80x190 each one) with air conditioning (December 2025).
* bathroom equipped with all amenities (comfortable shower, wc, sink, bidet and hair dryer),
* 4 balconies.
The access is via a wide external staircase.
In warm periods, opportunity to eat on the balcony (for 2/3 persons).
You are welcome with a car, as there is an internal parking place accessed via electrically operated gate (for 1 vehicle). However you can find parking on the main road.
Each room is equipped with heating fitted with programmable thermostatic controls; the master bedroom has air conditioning. The apartment has continuous hot water production. All rooms are equipped with Schuko sockets. All of our windows and doors are equipped with screens (new from 2024)

We speak Italian, French (mother tongue) and English.

The sea is 2.5Km away, with a choice at either free beach or beach with bathhouse. The beach has fine golden sand. Perfect for families with children. The beach is easy to reach either by bike or walk along the cycle path leading down to the beach or along the path through the pine forest.
The Massaciuccoli Lake (Lago di Massaciuccoli), overlooked by the Belvedere Puccini, the open-air theatre and the Villa/museum of the maestro Giacomo Puccini, is 3.5Km away.
Viareggio applies the touristic tax to be paid cash at your arrival (at the moment €1.50 per person aged from 18 years for the first 10 days). You will receive a receipt accordingly.
At your arrival we will need to see your documents.
The price includes energy costs (except air conditioning) from 15 June to 15 September; in the other periods water, electricity and gaz are at guest account.

Ludovico is a very friendly and helpful host, he responded quickly and helped us with even the smallest issues. He also recommended many great places to visit in Tuscany, and his tips were truly valuable.The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The rooms are spacious enough and mostly furnished with practical IKEA furniture. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can leave them open at night without any worries.A car is necessary, both for shopping and for getting to the beach. The drive to the sea takes less than 10 minutes.

We really liked the apartment. Ludovico and Maria-Antoinette are very attentive to details and are very helpful about location and services around. The accommodation is very well organized, functional and well thought. We also liked neighborhood - it was very calm and relaxing. We would come back here at our next vacation to Italy. Highly recommended.

The equipment of the apartment is very good:
the furniture is in good condition and very well adapted to the needs of the guests, in each bedroom there is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and there is an extra chair that I liked to use as a valet for my things. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining. The bathroom is also very well equipped. Summa summarum: one feels like at home.
The hosts are very friendly, gave us valuable tips for the vacation season and were always available by phone or whatsap.
The beaches (private and free beaches) are five minutes away by car. There is a lot of parking (for a fee).
The visit to Villa Puccini was very interesting and impressive for us. The opportunity should definitely be taken.
