Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und ist absolut ruhig. Ein perfekter Ort zum erholen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Jederzeit wieder.

Le lieu est idéalement situé, au calme mais pas isolé. La propriétaire est adorable avec toujours des attentions, mais sans être envahissante. Elle a toujours été de bons conseils sur les restaurants ou les visites à faire. Ce fût vraiment un très bon séjour.
