This hotel is located within the Chengkan Ancient Village, right by the lakeside. It is exceptionally beautiful and offers great privacy, as it is not accessible to the public. I absolutely love it. The architecture is full of Chinese character and is said to have been renovated from a building hundreds of years old. The highlight is the beautiful fireworks show every evening—highly recommended!

Unbeatable location, traditional and well appointed room, nice design (history, interesting details, comfort), great team (big thanks to the owner Ms Su for a perfect getaway holiday), very good dining experiences.

-exclusive location which stands for the most fantastic view of the town,it still looks good in early winter, hard to imagine what a fabulous moment in summer will be when lotus blooming the ponds and you can fill.up your eyes for this by just opening the room door or window!
-a great place for doing nothing but enjoy the summer lotus
-you can have your own menu and the chief will try to make it real.
-the room design and furnishing is good but hard to say outstanding among smilar lodgings，it's the senic that pay back the price not the room itsellf
-everyone is nice but not heartfelt
-not really recommended in winter which it's cold ouside and it's boring just staying in room
