Needs a little updating, but otherwise a lovely house, has a lot of space for a bigger group, 4 bathrooms, cool facilities like pool and hot tub, it has 2 fridges.
Its very open to the neighbours and you basicly can't stay outside after 10pm.
Take some extra toilet paper and trash bags.

Nice location, specially when there are “osmice”.
Villa needs some update, second floor bedroom sealing is crazy low and partying outside by the pool, after 22.00 is not possible because of the neighbors.
