About this villa rental
Set in its own grounds 0f 850 m2 this large villa is perfect for those wanting a bit of peace and quiet but if you want a little more action you don't have to go far. The beautiful private pool has its own poolside bar with a fridge, gas hob, sink. Plenty of sunbeds and garden furniture are there to help you relax. It has Air conditioning throughout, which can be switched to heat in the cooler months. It has 6 bedrooms, each with its own balcony with 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite). An open plan living area and kitchen which opens out onto a large terrace with a big dining table/chairs. A safe is available should you want it.
This Villa is fully registered with the local authorities for rental taxation and compliant with all Turkish police legislation requirements.

We had a fantastic stay here, the property is well maintained, clean and with all amenities and comforts, there is air con throughout and all towels and linens provided. The pool is a great size and the outside kitchen area was great for preparing lunches for kids that didnt want to get out of the pool! The location was perfect, a supermarket 2 minutes away and only a few minutes from bars and restaurants with bus stops at the bottom of the hill.Overall we had a brilliant stay here and would definitely recommend

This was our first time in this area, therefore we were new to everything around. This was a party of 9 and having picked up our transport at the Airport we arrived at the villa met by Tariq of Homes&Gardens. Everything was explained, and sure enough this place is placed very close to shops, restaurants and great play areas for kids. The villa design is awesome, the pool area is fantastic and with the great covered Bar area, we spend most of our time there when we were at the villa. Very Modern villa, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and great facilities.The villa itself is located perfectly as ours was an activity holiday, easy to find for our excursion companies and easy to get into the local towns and access to the lagoon and surrounding beaches. We spent many mornings watching the paragliders set off from Bagadad mountain, on the last day, 3 of our group also went off that place! It was that inspiring!Great for the family, kids will love it and even for our party which was all adults it was great, we even got time to have a BBQ.Would recommend this villa as its has everything you need and very stylish inside and out!
