About this house rental
Mas of the 16th century, renovated respecting the old, with beautiful views of the countryside. Very quiet, bordering hamlet.
Heated swimming pool 11m x 5m with alarm (June to September) and wooden terrace, enclosed garden, gas grill and pizza oven.
On the ground floor, vaulted living stone, very large kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob, fridge, separate freezer in summer kitchen) and toilet.

master suite consists of a bedroom with a bed 160 * 190, shower room - sink and a desk with a bed of 1 person facing terrace,
Separate WC,
Bathroom (bath and washbasin)
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 * 200 and 2 beds 90 * 190).
On the 2nd floor:
2 adjoining rooms with double beds (140 * 190), one with a baby bed
1 large dormitory (5 beds), shower and sink.
total sense of freedom and tranquility, no neighbor is visible, although the house is half of the 16th century Bastide divided into 2 parts back to back after the revolution, at the bottom of a charming hamlet.
Many rivers nearby, 10 min walk to 30 minutes by car: Heath, the line, the Ardèche, the Baume, Chassezac ...

Really great location in an old charming house with a lot of space. Gets really hot in there in summertime (no aur condition), but there was a really wonderful pool with cool water. A lot of kitchen stuff was there, perfect for cooking with friends. More toilets would be better, if you are a big group. Nevertheless a nice stay.

Très belle demeure du XVI siècle, très bien située avec une très belle vue. Malheureusement la forme ne correspond pas : aucun verre, aucune coupe de champagne identiques, 2 coquetiers pour une grande famille !
Enfin des gravas et autres vieux meubles abandonnés se trouvent à l'entrée du très joli porche de la propriété, buanderie et cuisine d'été plus qu'encombrées et sales, la terrasse de la piscine est dangereuse pour les enfants en bas âge (lames cassées).
Quel dommage que cette très belle maison de caractère ne soit plus entretenue !
