GRU HOUSE is a newly renovated apartment with taste and attention to satisfy the need to sleep outside the home in a modern well-kept environment.
The room is characterized by soundproof walls, 43 "TV and a bed with a 21cm high orthopedic mattress.
The bright bathroom is with natural light, window, large shower (120 * 80), washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and 450gm2 towels.
The design kitchen equipped with every appliance available: fridge, oven, stove and extractor hood.
Among the accessories: coffee machine, cutlery, glasses, place mats, ladles, blender, pots and pans, juicer and bottle opener.
The living room has a double function: both as a comfortable lounge and dining room or as an additional room with a sofa bed that is 160cm wide.

Die Anbindung an die City von Turin (mit Bus und weiter mit der U-Bahn) ist gut (600 m zur nächsten Bushaltestelle Linie 36 Richtung City). Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, also keine überflüssige Deko, aber alles was notwendig ist. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung mit neuwertigem Kochgeschirr ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist weniger befriedigen. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die reservierten Parkplätze vor dem Haus würden nicht einmal für die Hälfte der Wohnungen reichen, sind nicht zugeordnet und werden auch von Fremden genutzt. Wenn man von einem Ausflug nach 18:00 Uhr zurückkommt muss man schon mal ein paar Häuserblocks weiter weg parken. Das stört vor allem am Tag der An- und Abreise. Die Objektbeschreibung beschreibt eine bessere Parksituation.
